Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayFast, Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Payflex, Mobicred and Zapper.
Q: How do I know my payment is secure?
A: We use secure payment gateways with encrypted SSL protection. Your payment details are never stored on our site.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Please email support@hobbytrots.co.za ASAP
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days. Hobby Horses and "Ready to Ride" Bundles are made to order, so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number and link via email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return eligible products within 3 days if they are unused and in the original packaging. Please note: Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email support@hobbytrots.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: If the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the return costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

Q: How do I know if an item is in stock?
A: All available products are listed on our website. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you ASAP.

Q: What age is Hobby Trots suitable for?
A: Hobby Trots is designed for children from approximately 3 years old and up. For younger children, adult supervision is recommended, particularly when using the jumps and other active play equipment.
